Domain, hosting, paid email/SMS services and storage are separate. There is no 24/7 service or uptime guarantee. A daily backup with at least 7 days of history must be available on your hosting before launch; we confirm its cost and test a restore during setup.
What you pay and control
Standard setup is €349. With Care for months 2-12, the first-year service total is €778 before any applicable tax, plus the domain, hosting and any agreed paid services.
You own your hosting account and client data. We configure one separate app and data store. A suitable hosting account, domain/DNS access and your login-provider approval are required before work starts.
Extra work is €45/hour, in 30-minute blocks, only after you accept the estimate. New features and integrations receive their own quote. Decline the next Care renewal before the next service month; your existing hosting remains under your control.

Before you start.
Can you use my colours, logo and wording?
Yes. The standard package applies your supplied brand materials to the existing app. You can send colours by name or hex code. If you have no logo, we can use your business name as text. New logo design and full copywriting need a separate quote.

Can clients pay for their training in the app?
Class payments are not included in this setup. The payment request on this page’s process pays Set It Once for branding and setup. A client checkout, memberships or passes require a separate assessment and payment-provider setup.
Is it an App Store app?
It is a mobile-friendly web application with home-screen installation on supported browsers. App Store and Google Play publication are separate projects. Notifications need a supported device/browser and individual permission; we check the agreed devices during handover.
What happens after setup?
You manage the agreed schedule and content. Your domain and hosting stay in your account. After the included 30 days, choose monthly Care or manage the app yourself. Ending Care does not delete the app or your data; it ends future support. The configured version is licensed for your business; exclusive ownership of the reusable platform and source-code handover are not included.
