Your order

The product description and checkout state the included features, supported platforms, access period and total payable price. Planned or coming-soon features are not included unless expressly listed as available. No automatic renewal or recurring charge is authorised. A further prepaid period requires a new purchase.

Payment and delivery

Card payments are processed by Revolut. Access or a paid appointment is confirmed only after the payment is verified. A return from the payment page alone does not confirm payment. Online products appear in your Set It Once account. Hosting, domains, AI subscriptions and third-party licences are separate unless expressly included in your order. Never send passwords or API keys by email.

Product scope

Asana to AI shares selected task context with the supported AI connection; you review the result. WordPress Launch provides the purchased period of online setup access on supported hosting; your website remains on your hosting. Website-to-AI connection work is limited to the agreed site, client and permissions. No universal compatibility, automatic model switching, ranking, revenue or guaranteed AI accuracy is promised.

Services

Consultation includes the agreed session and written summary within two working days; implementation is separate. Automation and custom development require a written scope, price, delivery milestones and acceptance criteria before work starts. Speed optimisation is payable only when the agreed package target is achieved under the published measurement method.

Cancellation and refunds

A full refund for a digital-product purchase requested within 14 days of purchase, including where access has started; access ends when refunded. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. To request withdrawal, email your name, order number, purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We acknowledge the request and return eligible payments through the original payment method within 14 days. Bank processing may take additional time.

Request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the session. If the seller cancels, choose an alternative appointment or a full refund. Late cancellations are assessed individually without restricting statutory rights.

Support and problems

Report access, delivery or conformity problems to the contact above with your order number and a description without credentials. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law. A refund, expired period or revoked permission may end product access; it does not delete your separately hosted website.

Privacy and applicable rights

Necessary account, order and appointment data are used for fulfilment and support. Payment data are processed by Revolut; optional analytics require separate consent. Bulgarian law applies subject to mandatory protections available to consumers in their country. Nothing here limits statutory remedies.

Blogging Without the Busywork

One working website and one language: 30 articles for each service month. Prepaid totals are €29 for 1 month, €66 for 3 months (90 articles) or €180 for 12 months (360 articles). Setup, AI content preparation, content checks and publishing are included. No separate AI subscription, setup fee or automatic renewal is required.

You supply your website address and authorize topic research and publishing at purchase; topic preferences are optional. Routine approval of each article is not required. After verified payment, provide a dedicated publishing account or supported connection for your website platform using our instructions; do not email passwords. Setup begins within two business days after payment, the website details and working access. The paid service period begins with the first published article; articles are delivered throughout that period.

Specialist regulated advice, additional websites, translations, hosting and technical repairs are outside this package. Rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed. If we cannot connect your site before work begins, the unstarted package is refunded. Contact miliev@setitonce.com with your order number about pauses, unused full service months, cancellation or delivery problems. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
